On July 9, I've made a conscious decision to change my eating habits and improve my physical fitness. I want you to go on this journey with me. In nine months from July 9, 2017 through March 12, 2018, I will document my progress as I make these changes. I hope they inspire you. I hope they motivate you. I hope they encourage you.
