I will not make any excuses. I've been bad. I've been eating and not just drinking the smoothies. I get so hungry after 6pm. I have been trying the snacks but the hunger persists. I have succumbed to it and will have to start the 10 smoothie challenge again. Yet, the things I bought for them I will use for salads and other smoothies. I am not following the JJ Smith 10 Day Challenge. I will let you know when I start again.
Yet I have another challenge I am participating in. That will be the next post. TBC...
