Fitness Goals

I promise to not overwhelm myself. So for the first week of August, my fitness goals are:

MWF--treadmill, swimming, or rowing

TThSa--Kickboxing 

Sunday--Rest my nerves. 

Keep me encouraged as I will you. You'd better work!!!
